Rental Rates – Casa de Baffin
One Night: (Requires Full Payment in Advance)
- $475 (+ tax) per night for 2 people
- Add $60 (+ tax) per night for each additional person
- Add $190 one-time cleaning fee (up to 9 people)
- OR – Add $280 one-time cleaning fee (10 to 15 people)
- OR – Add $370 one-time cleaning fee (16 to 21 people)
2 Night Minimum:
- $375 (+ tax) per night for 2 people – 2 night minimum
- Add $60 (+ tax) per night for each additional person
- Add $190 one-time cleaning fee (up to 9 people)
- OR – Add $280 one-time cleaning fee (10 to 15 people)
- OR – Add $370 one-time cleaning fee (16 to 21 people)
Maximum 21 people total occupancy allowed. First casita available at 10-15 guests. Second casita available at 16-21 guests. When casitas are left available in smaller groups, each casita may be rented individually at an additional charge.

- OR – Add $425 one-time cleaning fee (19 to 22 people)
- OR – Add $500 one-time cleaning fee (23 to 26 people)

We have 4 Suites for Casa de Alazan. When suites are left available in smaller groups, each suite may be rented individually at an additional charge.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Please enter the total number of guests staying. No discounts or refunds will be given for guests who do not stay the entire reservation period.
- Confirmation is emailed upon receipt of the 50% deposit plus cleaning fee.
- 50% Deposit plus cleaning fee is due at time of availability confirmation. Pay Online
- Balance is due 21 days prior to check-in date. Pay Online
- Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made more than 21 days prior to check-in date.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made 21 days or less prior to check-in date.
