Rental Rates – Casa de Baffin
One Night: (Requires Full Payment in Advance)
- $400 (+ tax) per night for 2 people
- Add $45 (+ tax) per night for each additional person
- Add $180 one-time cleaning fee (up to 9 people)
- OR – Add $240 one-time cleaning fee (10 to 15 people)
- OR – Add $300 one-time cleaning fee (16 to 21 people)
2 Night Minimum:
- $350 (+ tax) per night for 2 people – 2 night minimum
- Add $45 (+ tax) per night for each additional person
- Add $125 one-time cleaning fee (up to 9 people)
- OR – Add $175 one-time cleaning fee (10 to 15 people)
- OR – Add $225 one-time cleaning fee (16 to 21 people)
Maximum 21 people total occupancy allowed. Casitas are available for groups of 10 or more guests.

- Add $35 (+ tax) per night for each additional person
- Add $75 one-time cleaning fee
2 Night Minimum:
- $250 (+ tax) per night for 2 people – 2 night minimum
- Add $35 (+ tax) per night for each additional person
- Add $75 one-time cleaning fee
Maximum 12 people total occupancy allowed.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Confirmation is emailed upon receipt of the 50% deposit plus cleaning fee.
- 50% Deposit plus cleaning fee is due at time of availability confirmation. Pay Online
- Balance is due 21 days prior to check-in date. Pay Online
- Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made more than 14 days prior to check-in date.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made 14 days or less prior to check-in date.
